Nice Appartments! Pretty good place to visit Gubbio.

Maria Teresa immediately proved to be very welcoming and helpful. She allowed us to check in at a time that was most convenient for us. The B&B is spread over three levels, with a total of three rooms. The rooms are very large and equipped with all the necessary comforts (our room even had two sofas, a desk, and a small dresser). On the ground floor, there's a small common area where you can enjoy coffee, herbal tea, or put something in the refrigerator. The property is located just steps from the historic center. You can reach all the points of interest on foot. Free parking is nearby, but outside the historic center of Gubbio. Parking "under the house" is not possible. Breakfast was served at a nearby café. The staff there was also very kind and helpful. We will definitely return to Gubbio and to Maria Teresa 😁

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The location is in the historic center, close to the monumental area and traditional restaurants and shops. The atmosphere is characteristic of an Umbrian village; the rooms are spacious, clean, and welcoming. The view of the mountains and the stream is also beautiful. The room has a kettle, and on the ground floor there is a shared kitchen with a kettle and coffee machine. Excellent value for money!
