Hotel Pasticceria Calaluna

We stayed here for one night. Free parking outside the hotel. Informed the hotel that we were arriving late in the evening, they provided the PIN code for the front door & key left at reception. Room was clean. Breakfast was the highlight for us. Italian coffee was the best & the pastries were to die for! We had the strawberries/cream croissant, pistachio croissant & apple tart. The only downside was on booking it stated check out was 11am, but was informed by reception that it was in fact at 10am. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with Hotel Calaluna after my stay. I realized shortly after check-out that I had left some personal items in the room fridge. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that in accordance with the regulation, anything left behind is immediately thrown away, without checking or notifying the guest. I find this policy unacceptable. A simple message or call would have been enough. Guests should be informed if they’ve forgotten something—not have their belongings discarded without a second thought. This lack of basic courtesy and care is the reason I cannot give a positive review.

Not happy with my Stay here. They should care about their guests more and their stuff. Also, did not get any solution with the problem I Had in my Stay. When you Are ready to find solution please contact me! :) Best wishes!
