Hahnenkamm Hostel

Do not book here during the off season. We book this location for a one night stay during our honeymoon. We were told to arive between 4 and 6 p.m. for check-in. We had to change our plans to arrive during that time which we did. When we arrived, no one was there. We had to call the number which we wanted to avoid as we did not have cell service in Austria (we are from Canada). After 2 calls, we finally got on the phone with someone who told us where are room keys where. We then were left alone to search our room whithout any signs or information. After seeing the room, we decieded to leave and stay in another hotel. Why? While the room was ok and clean, the hotel is not locked. Anyone could enter that hotel without any staff present. The main door is not locked. Also, no shower gels, no wifi information. You are essentially left on your own. Look, don't bother driving all the way here. This should not be called a hotel. More of an Airbnb.
