We have just returned from a lovely week in Mannacott Farm cottage. Cosy and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and lashings of hot water. Excellent value for money and a fantastic view down the valley from the rear garden. We also found the owners to be extremely friendly and helpful.

Stayed here in October 2015 and had a fantastic time. Simple, clean and very helpful owner on site. Brilliantly situated for North Devon beaches, Exmoor attractions and walking. The Heddon Valley and the Hunters Inn are great places to walk and eat/dring in respectively.
