We tried to contact the hotel first by email, then by phone but without any response. When we were in Vals we visited by foot the hotel tobtrybto male a reservation for food when we enetered the hotel nobody was in the reception so we rang the bell three times but no one appears. Disappointing communication

Great location in Vals, right next to the gondola lifts that take you up the mountain (which are free by the way). Had a great view from my room as you can see in the picture and spent time in the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. Had goats cheese ravioli with sage butter for lunch and deer for dinner (they have a game menu in hunting season). Both were delicious! Also went to the Vals Therme, it's walkable distance from the hotel and takes you right through Vals. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and hospitable, would definitely go there again!

Nice decoration and helpful staff. The building is nice, it's all wooden and tidy. The pillow are not comfortable and it is incredibly warm during the night (maybe heat less?) Unfortunately, we hadn't a room with a bathtub.
