Camping Miramare

It is close to the ferry but far from the sea. They offer a shuttle to both the ferry and the beach. The toilets were cleaned only once daily, so they were not as clean as expected, and the staff were unhelpful. In the area, there are better alternatives at similar prices.

Small, but clean camping with outstanding friendly staff. Perfect for a visit with dog. Doggy bags available for free, dog shower and dogs are welcome in the snack bar. Only the shop didn´t seem to have dog snacks. Dogs (muzzled) are accepted in the free shuttle to the pet beach (about 20 minutes walk).

Very well setup campsite. Had all the facilities you could possibly need. The reception was very helpful and informative even extending beyond the campsite and into how to get to Venice via ferry etc. They have a regular free shuttle bus which takes you to the port, although it’s around a 10-15 minute walk so we just walked there. The pitches were very well set up, separated and spaced out. Each pitch had plenty of space (depending on pitch chosen). We had a great time at this campsite and would happily come back 🙂
