Villa Demetrio - Ars Hotel

Nice rooms and facilities. Shower head broken but otherwise good. Breakfast was quite lovely. Hotel states 15€ per accommodation for pets but the boss tried to charge 30€ for 2 dogs.

Villa Demetrio was the perfect stop on our way to Umbria! We stayed with our three kids, and the easy check-in was a breeze. Our rooms felt brand new and were incredibly comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious, and the team provided exceptionally kind service. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Piacenza area!

I had a very pleasant stay at Villa Demetrio - Ars Hotel in Piacenza. The hotel is very quiet, peaceful, and extremely clean, which made the whole experience very relaxing. My room had an almost private terrace, which was a lovely detail and made the stay even more enjoyable. There was also a comfortable desk, which was perfect for working. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Piacenza.
