We spent 3 nights at this hotel paradise in March 2026 and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The location was perfect and everything in Ostuni was within a short walk. We ate at the hotel’s Michelin restaurant one night and ate our favorite dish so far in all of Italy, the fava bean purée with sautéed chicory. Federica and Elisama at the front desk were efficient and helpful, recommending daily plans and restaurants for the evening. Leo was the perfect barman, entertaining us while making divine cocktails and servings everything with a smile. A special thank you to Ottavio who was helpful and kind at every breakfast and on many other occasions, truly a jack of all trades. Bottom line stay at this hotel in Ostuni and you will not be disappointed!!!!! P.S. Opéra Prima was a fantastic dinner spot. Forno 31 bakery around the corner is worth a visit.

We spent our honeymoon at Paragon 700 and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind owner and their staff — their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. We stayed in the Paragon Suite, which was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a private terrace overlooking the pool. One of the highlights was the incredible bathtub built into the floor — it was perfect. I couldn’t recommend the bar at Paragon 700 enough. The cocktails were beautifully presented — a real highlight of our evenings. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning (so fresh and full of variety), and our lunch at the hotel was equally impressive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept so well each night. Everything about our stay felt thoughtfully curated and luxurious, yet warm and welcoming. The location is ideal, as it’s only a few minutes walk away from the centre of the old town of Ostuni. Whilst the hotel restaurant is great, the hotel staff have excellent recommendations and can book you some of the best local spots for dining. Paragon 700 will always hold a special place in our hearts — we’re already dreaming about coming back.

We have just returned from a five day stay in Puglia using Paragon 700 as our base in Ostuni. The hotel is quirky and fun and has a nice mixture of old and new design. This is an old building and noise does travel. Something to bear in mind if you’re a light sleeper. We had a lovely turn down service in the evening and it was a lovely little touch to round off the day. The rooms and simple but comfortable. However, what really makes this hotel great are the fantastic staff. Whether it be at reception, on the bar (be sure to try a Negroni a Roma) or at breakfast or the house keeping team. Everyone is friendly and polite and helpful. You get out, what you put in. We throughly enjoyed breakfast. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, pastries and wonderful coffee. There’s then a chance to order something hot afterwards. On our last day we got chance to enjoy the garden and sit by the pool. This is a lovely space and I can imagine very welcome in the hot summer months. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Ostuni and everything is within easy walking distance. I would gladly come back again if in Puglia and would happily stay at Paragon 700.
