Although located just outside the old town wall, it is very convenient to access both the old town wall & the railway. Helpful &friendly service. Good rooms. Can hire bikes, a good way to get about. Wi Fi available but not to every room. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for the price. Just 2-3 mins walk from the Porta Elisa gate of the old town. We had a big room and a very decent sized washroom. Also, a nice balcony.

There is parking available. Breakfast is sumptuous with a great cup of coffee. We got the ground floor room, which is large, but the wifi is rather weak since the room is one of the 2 furtherthest from the office. A very quaint B&B.
