The facility is basic, but has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We appreciated the soap, shampoo, and shower gel dispensers, as well as herbal teas in the room. The room and common areas are spotless! The lady who welcomed us was always kind and helpful. Breakfast, while complete, only included packaged products. I would return if I were to visit the area again!

The place is very quiet, clean, and well-kept. Excellent value for money. In fact, for such a location, you're actually paying very little. It's a few minutes' drive from the sea, but you can actually get there by other means as well. But let's get to the staff, who stand out from the rest. Margherita is a sweetheart, always ready for any need, she makes the bed and tidies the room every day personally. Everything is always clean and well-kept. She makes you feel at home, as if you were her granddaughter. Always ready with a kind word and a smile. Even the daughter, who I believe is the owner, even though I've seen her less often than Margherita (who lives here), takes care of the customer, always available from the moment of booking. It's our first time here and we're leaving tomorrow. But we had such a great time that we'll definitely be back. Denise and Andrea ❤️

Excellent B&B! We only stayed one night, but we highly recommend this B&B: clean, welcoming, and in a great location just 13 minutes from Marina di Massa. The lady was incredibly kind!! It really felt like home.
