Kevin & Lynn couldn’t have been anymore helpful or accommodating. Lovely B&B, as soon as you walk in, the chilled relaxing atmosphere hits you. Clean, homely and super comfy. Even though we were in the front of house it was so quiet. We checked in on a Sunday, and missed the supermarket closing time ( as wanted to grab a bottle of wine) to have whilst watching TV in the snug with the fire on. Kevin came out with 2 large glasses of wine and a bowl of crisps. Such a lovely gesture. Great location with east access to town and amenities. We have already recommended to our friends.

Would definitely stay here again. Lyn was the perfect host, made everything fuss free. Room, and all of the property was absolutely beautiful, and perfect location, easy to find and park, lovely peaceful street, coop less than a minute walk, and beachfront 5 minutes. Highly recommend 👍

Really good location for shops and railway in Swanage. Lovely rooms which are spotlessly clean and comfortable with really thoughtful decoration and excellent facilities. A warm welcome, always. Have been a couple of times now and look forward to going back again soon!
