Tudor Lodge B&B

We visited back in Spring of 2022 and had a great time! We got in very early in the morning and were welcomed and offered breakfast before going about our day. Very clean and beautiful area to explore. This was our first stop in Ireland and we loved visiting this area! The traditional Irish breakfast was great every morning and the owner was very personable and friendly! Also - super friendly cat outside that loved greeting people!

We stayed for one night in early May and were so impressed with the big, beautiful room, view out the windows, cleanliness and comfort. Great bed and shower. The host was super friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor (which I really appreciated after a long, tiring day dealing with an unscrupulous car rental agency at DUB). In the a.m. I asked for my scrambled eggs 'really well cooked' and he responded 'you mean like rubber?' I said 'precisely!' When they came, they were not like rubber, simply cooked to perfection, with a beautiful topping of smoked salmon. The breakfast was extra special with a variety of cheeses, meats, fruit, yogurt, baked goodies, and all that even before the hot menu. Our only regret was spending just one night. Next time.

Really nice welcome by the host. Large, very comfortable bed. Beautiful hotel and garden. Spotlessly clean and cozy. Delicious breakfast. Great location, beautiful views. We have already booked another stay for June :)
