A very pleasant place. It has a large living room with air conditioning and balcony, a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and fast WiFi. There is very convenient parking with easy turn-around. A washing machine is available. There is convenient access to Rome.

A beautiful place for a dream vacation. The owners are exceptional people, very nice, helpful. Excellent service. Abundant, tasty, and truly Italian breakfasts. A place worth revisiting.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, nice place to rest (we went the Via Francigena and came at the evening). Big and good italian breakfast.
