We stayed here with a family 4. This is easily the worst value for money I have experienced in Austria for accomodation next to lifts. The appartment is "liveable", but for price it is a rip of and just a disaster. The ceilings are low, the loo is practically next to the bed - you can not go to the bathroom if your spouse is sleeping. The equipment lacks parts (coat hangers - 10 is enough for the full family) and is partly broken. The lights are cold white and the kitchen does not have sufficient lighting. The ski room has no boot dryer and scruffy and dirty. The normal beds are hard. The extra beds are a very simple and uncomfortable sofa beds. For a third of the cost this would be okay - but for the price they are asking... This will probably apply to all appartments - from what we can deduce from the general upkeep of the house.

The worth communication I have ever faced. The woman who is in charge and with whom I was chatting by mail and WhatsApp is super unprofessional. Replying after hours or days. More over I couldn’t book by myself as there website have a lot of bugs. So I contacted by WhatsApp first, in the end I asked to send me payment details so I can pay, and imagine she just ignored. So I text her with mail and same situation happened. She ignored after I ask to confirm my reservation and send me a detailed for payment. Jessica Lemic u are supper unprofessional! I waste on you 3 days, waiting for reply!

A very good accommodation in a great location – just a 2-minute walk to the gondola lift, where the ski slope also ends. The rooms are large and quite comfortable, as is the bathroom. The mattresses were really good for me – neither too hard nor too soft. Everything is clean, and the sauna area is exactly what you'd expect in this price range. Breakfast is served right next door and is also very good – everything you could want is there. The only thing missing is an on-site contact person, but that's not really necessary – the keys can be retrieved from the key box using the provided number. Wi-Fi is available. So, from my perspective, it's highly recommended, even though we only stayed one night.
