Great cosy place with a good proper Cumbrian breakfast. Host was nice and very friendly. A great place to stay if you’re starting the coast to coast walk .

The place was nice, though there was poor communication from the start, and he unrightfully overcharged me by £23. He stated via email that the family suite would be £105, and he charged me £128. I cannot help but feel scammed by the owner.

Cosy, clean and well-equiped for a sound night's sleep for a very affordable price. Welcoming owners with good vibes. Even the dogs are lovely and polite. I feel safe and comfortable throughout the stay. Remember to book your breakfast before your stay! Would come back again whenever I need to come up to St Bee's. 👍🏼
