Penzion Lectar

Stayed in March it was quiet with not much open. Limited dining options and prices quite high. Accommodation quirky, a very relaxed place, low wooden beams in the room so had to be careful not to hit head getting out of bed. Shower pressure extremely strong and water hot but not real hot. Small shower area. Kettle in room however no coffee supplied. Bed ok.

The moment we entered the hotel building we felt like we were in a fairytale. I have never stayed in a more cozy, authentic, and magical place. The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful furniture and an access to a huge balcony with an amazing view. The host was the sweetest and most helpful woman. She even kept the restaurant opened for us after the original working time, which gave us the chance to try their amazing food. The whole experience felt unreal, I will definitely go back and I strongly recommend you stay there when you are in Slovenia!

Pension Lectar is authentic and honours Slovene national heritage and culture. The rooms have beautiful furniture and combine antique feel with contemporary comfort. The owners and staff are simply lovely. They were accommodating, helpful and went above and beyond to make our time with them pleasant and memorable. Everyone we interacted with was warm, polite and exuded a positive vibe. The location is wonderful for the intimate, picturesque feel of Radovljica and close to Lake Bled and other attractive areas. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend their guesthouse as well the the wonderful restaurant.
