Camping du Cap Fréhel

Great location right beside a lovely beach, about 40 minutes walk to the lighthouse on the Cap. We were here in late April so there were no facilities except a water tap, however we only had to pay €5 the following morning when the attendant came around. Good shade under the tall pine trees and loads of space.

This is my favourite campsite and place of all times! Me and my friend we stopped by while on our cycling trip. Cap Fréhel is just so beautiful! You can take any spot in the campsite you like. Just on the other side of the road there are breathtaking views on the ocean and access to the beach. Just some 15 minuted by bike there you can reach a beatiful phare and some more minutes there is a kind of castle. In the campsite there was a yummy foodtruck to have a dinner and in the morning there was a fresh bread and pain au chocolate. The sanitaires were clean. The overal ambiance was friendly, peaceful and the staff was very kind. And the price is so little. Fantastic! I hope one day I will return for longer.

Municipal site, basic and a bit outdated but clean toilet and wash rooms, nothing on site but a reception hut, the drinking water tap is by the Elson but there are other taps but without screw ends to attach a hose. Bit pricey at €18:40 for what you get. Location is fab we walked to Fort Latte and back via Cap Frehel
