Terrible, arrogant owner and I won't continue...

The worst experience I've ever had, we spent New Year's Eve there and I guarantee we'll never set foot in there again! The heating didn't work, we couldn't even wash in two days. The staff was rude, not to mention the rooms were filthy, full of dead animals, little animals coming out of the sheets, and mold. DISGUSTING!! WHEN WE COMPLAINED, THE OWNER TREATED US HORRIBLY!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!
