Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice relaxing room, great breakfast, walkable to the sites. Restaurant was a bit expensive but well done. Highly recommended.

Dana is one of the best. Second time coming to this hotel, receptionist knew my name as Dana updated her. They both speak English very well and have good communication skills which is very appreciated. Food is good. I would always come back.

Front desk went above and beyond- I asked for an iron and I swear she went to the store and bought one! Breakfast is on the late side - 8am- but generous. Super location for the citadel. Room was ice cold and very hard bed.
