We have been enjoying the campsite and excellent facilities for years and we look forward to staying for many more years. Perfect beaches within walking distance and a superb cafe which also sells high class clothing and home ware plus alcohol means we have everything we need. Quiet, rural and a working farm means it’s perfect for families who like the outdoors.

Towyn Farm is a hidden gem. You have to book by email which I preferred to the likes of PitchUp where every man and his dog book. The site is on a working beef and lamb farm so you are sometimes walking past livestock which really adds to the character of the place and also provides entertainment for little ones. The fields are big and spacious with great views and incredible sunsets. They would benefit from another water point and some signage for numbering of the fields as we didnt realise that field 2 and 3 were separate so we pitched in field 4 by mistake, but no drama, the owner was chill and the place is stunning so who cares once the beers are out. The cafe on the way to the beach is really good as is the coffee and cakes they serve and all the staff are really helpful and friendly. If you want to get to the nearby village of Tudweiliog which has a grocery store and a pub but dont want to walk along the road, there is a path across country from the farmyard and it takes about 15 minutes. Weekends get busy in good weather especially on the 4th field as this is used to provide parking for the beach to day visitors and locals but even then, the field is that big it doesnt matter. Overall we loved the simplicity and character of this site. It is part of a dying breed of campsites where nowadays there are charges for dogs, extra people, and whatnot, and visitors arent herded by countless instructions like the livestock. Towyn Farm is our new goto site for the coming years and I recommend it thoroughly to families and anyone just wanting a peaceful camping/beach holiday. Its no wonder it was reviewed in The Sunday Times.

This place is an absolute peace of heaven. The camp site is huge and there’s both electrical and non electric hook ups. The on site cafe is fab, coffee is great and the food is lovely. The beach is right there and the sand is beautiful. The showers and toilets are fine even though on the website it says they’re basic. The people who run the farm are absolutely lovely. We will definately be coming back ❤️
