Honestly it’s very average at the best. Staff are polite and the beer is cold but don’t waste your money on the food. We went last night and got there for 6.30pm but they were already running out of food and what you got seemed to have been reheated in a microwave. For pudding i ordered the cheese board and on arrival it was all the end pieces which the chef thought was okay to try and get away with. I complained and asked for a refund but the manager was nowhere to be seen. I also left my contact details but nothing. That will we our last time there and if you are looking for food then don’t waste your money.

Had the most wonderful time for my son’s 1st birthday at this beautiful pub right in the centre of Corfe. Stunning views of the castle and their garden overlooks the steam railway which was a huge win with the kids. Absolutely delicious food & service was impeccable. The pub itself is beautifully decorated with log fires roaring in their cosy bar area. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Cozy hotel with clean rooms, although a bit dated. The toilet seat urgently needs to be repaired. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Nice housekeeping service with water, coffee, tea, and cookies. The breakfast was good. There is a pub right next door for lunch and dinner; however, there is little choice for vegetarians and vegans outside the main season. Lovely garden/lawn with tables in front of the hotel and a sea view. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Harry Rocks and the beach.
