Horrible place, horrible owner, zero service, zero staff, terrible attitude. The apartment was rented without a toilet. And then, without an offer, he crawled into the next room and beat the crap out of me at 3 a.m. Horrible, don't use it. The location is also in some kind of ghetto; there are better options for this price. Don't rent this apartment.
