I stayed here twice during my trip to Italy, and I would happily stay here again. The location is great, a short ride from Termini and an easy walk from the metro station, the neighbourhood is safe and quiet with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. The host is very helpful and communicative, rooms are clean and the service is great. Thank you!

**Very Disappointing Experience – I Do Not Recommend** On the day of our arrival, while we were on our way to the property, we were suddenly informed of a "malfunction" in our room, specifically in the bathroom. Almost immediately, we were offered an alternative property located about 5 minutes from the original hotel. The whole situation felt very suspicious. We suggested checking in later that evening to allow them time to fix the issue, but we were told that the repair would take three days. It was hard to believe. After checking reviews of the new property, we found that it had nearly one star lower rating on Google than our originally booked hotel and was cheaper. In this situation, we contacted Booking.com, which greatly annoyed the man who handed us the keys. He was very rude. After a few minutes of a heated conversation, we managed to negotiate a small discount. Interestingly, similar stories have also been reported about the new apartment where we stayed, which is why I decided to share my experience as well. Additionally, we had trouble getting the deposit back for the canceled reservation.

We are very happy with the service they gave us. Communication was always open and quick, the instructions of the building were very clear and the room was perfect. Placed very near to the Libia Metro station and Nomentana Station (we arrived to this one from the airport very easily), we could go to the Colosseum in less than 30min and start walking through this beautifulc city. Very quiet neighborhood and great restaurants recommendations. I will come back 100%
