Casa Vacanze Arco delle Monache

My Nonna and I had a amazing stay at Casa Vacanze Arco delle Monarche. I recommend to stay with friends, couple or family. The hosts are very friendly, they prepared a book with the best restaurants and places to visit. Its a fully functional house with washing machine, clean towels, kitchen utensils, fridge, coffee machine and breakfast treats. The position is great, although i would recommend to tell the driver to reach the ARCO DE SAN ROCCO, then follow walking, as the streets are small because of the historical center, right when you reach the arch you will see another arch with a blue ceiling, then this is the street. easy peasy! Very bad experience — no service, no refund I was traveling with the person who booked this place for April 25–26. The reservation was made around 00:30, confirmed, and charged about €80 — even though check-in had already ended at 22:00. Only after payment did the host tell us we could not check in. He even suggested moving our stay to the next night, which was impossible because we had a flight back home. After we explained this, he stopped responding. Because of this, we had to drive a long distance late at night to find another place to sleep before our flight. It caused stress, wasted time, and we barely slept. In the end, the host took the money, but we received no accommodation, no proper help, and no refund. Very unprofessional and unfair. I do not recommend this place at all

Very bad experience – avoid this host!! I made a reservation through Booking at 00:30 for one night (April 25–26). The booking was confirmed and I was charged around €80, even though it was already after the stated check-in time. I chose this place specifically because I needed accommodation for one last night before heading to the airport to return to my country. Since the reservation was approved after check-in hours, I reasonably assumed that someone would be available to receive me and that I could arrive during the night. I also specifically filtered for properties with a 24-hour front desk, which is how I found and chose this place. However, only after payment, the host informed me that check-in was only until 22:00, which had already passed. This means I paid for a stay I was never able to use. After explaining the situation, the host initially agreed to provide a full refund, and Booking also contacted him to approve it. However, he then suddenly changed his mind, stopped responding to calls and messages (via Booking and WhatsApp), and completely ignored me. In the end, I received no service and no refund. This behavior is dishonest and unprofessional. Accepting a booking after check-in hours, misleading guests, promising a refund, and then disappearing is completely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this place !!
