Wardicott

Rod and Gloria are wonderful hosts. Gloria could run the kitchen in a high end restaurant. We enjoyed the high end breakfasts and the suppers saved us from the cost and inconvenience of going out with no sacrifice in quality. Rod took care of us like a long lost uncle. We had to spend a day with nothing booked. Rod drove us into Stornaway and made sure we knew where everything is and how to get back. The B&B itself is in a sprawling old home. Our room was large and very quiet. The is a small reading area where I did my best to go through Rod's Peter May collection. If we ever have another chance to stay at Wardicott again we certainly will.

Loved our stay with Rod & Gloria. Immaculate room and hearty breakfast cooked to order. Rod is a lovely gentleman, helped us make the best of our 2 days at Wardicott, a font of local knowledge so we saw the best of Lewis. Highly recommended a stay at Wardicott, 1st class hospitality throughout, thanks both ♡.

We had such a lovely week. Our hosts were great! The accommodations were perfection! Meals were fantastic! I wouldn’t change anything and I would recommend the Wardicott to anyone! Very kind and warm and just perfect!
