Frauendorf Guest House

A fabulous stay. Rooms are lovely, bathroom spacious. We arrived and were given cold water in our room, freshly made coffee and even some tasty watermelon. The thoughtful owner has left things for sore tired feet in the bathroom if needed. We sat outside and had a very tasty dinner and in the morning a substantial breakfast was served inside. For anyone walking the Via Transylvanica this is a delight, a treat and a welcome respite from a hard days trekking.

Exquisite location that you'll not find on Airbnb or Booking. Original vintage furniture, attention to the details. Everything you need for a quality countryside escape! The place also promotes Via Transilvanica touristic trail and hosts its hikers.

Great place managed by great people. I stayed there with some friends during our Via Transilvanica bike ride and felt like home. Excellent hosts, very good food and lots of stories told by Dudu. Will always come back with pleasure!
