Stayed here for a long period of time very relaxing and peaceful. Rooms are basic but great value. Wonderful place to stay if you like walking and spending time with nature. Excellent buffet style restaurant for 3 daily meals offered via a daily set menu. Hearty German cooking. Yum, yum......

Since meals are one of the most important evaluation criteria for many users, I'd like to start with that. The buffet offered far more than what one is used to finding on a plate at home for all three meals. Abundant and delicious, definitely five stars for that. Interactions with the staff were always courteous, friendly, and pleasant. Both the accommodations and the bright common areas and facilities are in excellent condition, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. From shoehorns to child seats in the toilets, everything we needed was provided. Speaking of children, there is a wide range of play options both inside the buildings and in the outdoor areas. The outdoor play areas are well-maintained and include a slackline, sandbox, giant chess set, climbing frame, soccer field, and campfire area. Numerous spots on the grounds and in the surrounding area invite you to pause and relax. In short, a place where you feel at home. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at the holiday center.

I was there with my class and the rooms are very good and clean; they're much nicer than they appear online. Breakfast is good, offering pretty much everything you'd expect for breakfast. Dinner was quite good, but the Wi-Fi in the rooms is very poor. However, the apartments have good Wi-Fi. I would recommend coming in the summer or spring, as there's more to do then.
