Bridge Street Townhouse

Booked a 1 night stay very last minute so no real expectations. Very happy with the Bridge Street townhouse. Very modern, clean room with comfy beds and excellent facilities. Very central location with plenty of parking nearby. Very friendly welcome from host who offers some great advice and assistance on where to go for dinner and drinks. We will definitely return for another stay.

I had the most incredible experience at Bridgestreet Townhouse with my boyfriend and his family!! It has to be the most beautiful B&B I have ever stayed in!!!! Lucy genuinely has to be Super Human!!! She has the most amazing energy!! From her hosting, to her DELICIOUS food, to her quirky and creative interior design, with the most beautiful attention and intention to detail, with absolutely everything, right down to the crockery on the breakfast table… it was such a memorable experience, that I have not stopped raving about since!!! You are definitely in for a treat if you stay with Lucy!!!!

Maybe this is a good hotel to stay with, I wouldn't know as they do not honor reservations from Booking.com apparently. I tried to book with them directly, but after literally weeks of back and forth and misinformation I reserved through booking.com. They accepted the reservation and I thought everything was fine. Two months later and only a month prior to my trip they text outside of booking.com that I would need to cancel the reservation vs. them cancelling it themselves. This is a widely known way for hotels to skirt the potential penalties they will receive if they are the ones who cancel your reservation. This isn't isolated as they did the same thing to the people we were traveling with. Good luck if you choose to try to stay here.
