It’s well-located and within easy walk to some attractions in the city. In front of the hotel is a restaurant where you can have dinner or other meals. The hotel itself has no restaurant of its own, but it serves breakfast. In addition, you get free waffles and tea at 3 PM. The room we got was quite spacious, but it’s not the most modern. For a two night stay in Trondheim, the hotel was decent. However, don’t rely on anyone picking up the phone at the reception at 5 AM. That was what happened to us when one of my companions forgot their phone in the cab and we realized it only when we were inside the airport. Hence, we were trying to reach reception if they could locate the Taxi that they booked for us. Alas, no one picked up the phone, so I decided to call the cab company. Fortunately, we took the taxi receipt with us upon disembarking.

Perfect location in a historic city. Place offers a great charm, it's easily accessible from the Trondheim S train station and walkable to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Friendly staff, awesome breakfast, and excellent Nordic hospitality awaits you, including afternoon waffle experience which was an awesome bonus!

Great food and bakery! However, Unfortunately, my room was extremely noisy, with constant movement and loud conversations outside, mainly from staff rather than guests. This made it difficult to sleep. The receptionist on my first day was excellent, very helpful and welcoming. However, at checkout, when I raised the noise issue, the response was passive and lacked proper customer service. With better noise control and more consistent service, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
