I stayed at Hostel Charino during my Camino in June 2025 and I would recommend anyone doing the Camino to do the same. Julio and his mother were so kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. The breakfast available in the morning, cooked right there and then, was delicious and added to the community feel of the Camino. The hostel itself was impressively set up, clean, and beautiful. There was access to laundry, nearby restaurants, and various other amenities

What an amazing hostel, super clean, well equipped and you are able to do your laundry (and use dryer) if needed. We had a 2 person suite(with own bathroom) Breakfast is ok, coffee is nice. Julio is super helpful. Downside: it is a bit noisy and the bed is rather small for us (both 190cm), also the ceiling is not straight so you need to pass the bed towards the bathroom leaning over. Close to all main attractions and close to the Camino.

Best hostel I stayed in my life! Stayed here two years in a row on my Camino, and hope that becomes a tradition. Have everything I need, even a device to dry the booths. Nicely decorated and the beds and so comfy and soft
