I have never had worse food in Italy. I expected simple, fresh pasta with a basic sauce, pizza, or perhaps carbonara. What I received was simply inedible. The children ended up eating only fruit, bread, and Nutella, as there was nothing else they found acceptable. This place requires serious improvement; the food quality does not even meet a two-star hotel standard. Additionally, the sauna should be included in the stay, as it is in other hotels.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location — and nothing else. The room was dusty, and the carpet was visibly dirty. Dinner was consistently disappointing. Being in Italy, we expected good food, but sadly that was not the case. The children were even served plain cooked pasta with no sauce at all, and we had to ask the staff to send it back to the kitchen just to add sauce. The New Year’s Eve dinner was a complete disaster. The beef and foie gras were served raw. Most guests did not eat their food and left it untouched on the tables. The desserts were equally underwhelming — mostly mousse or whipped cream with a bit of chocolate drizzle. I don’t understand why half board is offered when the hotel clearly cannot meet even a basic standard of food quality. It felt like the focus was simply on serving meals, regardless of taste or execution. The amount of food wasted was upsetting to see. So much more to add, but there's no point really... Bottom line: The stay was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. NOT the experience one expects—especially in Italy. Undeserving of its 4-star rating and absolutely not worth the money.

Great location and a good bartender, but that’s about it. Dinner is a disaster — over 2 hours of waiting, and kids’ meals are so odd that children won’t eat them. One ski room has no boot dryers, and the hotel charges extra for everything, including a €30 sauna and €3 water at dinner. Very disappointing.
