CHALETS IZIA

Staff was very rude and rigid, the lock on our room door was unable to close, they ignored it, and with children that is never a safe feeling. For a supposed 5 star chalet, the staff has a lot of room to improvein terms of temperament and communication, a lot to learn with the other chalets that are way kinder and helpful. It’s really unfortunate for such a good located hotel to have staff members specially in the reception that are incapable to have a good relationship with the guests.

Spacious comfortable apartment (2 bedrooms for a party of 4 adults). Clean and fresh décor throughout. Comfortable sitting area and convenient ski shop on site. Spa facilities were great and the massages available were particularly good. Good location for ski in ski out. 5 to 10 minute walk to shops but an excellent bread and pastry service for delivery to your door in the mornings. Friendly, helpful and polite staff.

It is a very good price. The apartments are fully equipped, and they are skiing in and out. We stayed in the C building, which is the best because it has the ski locker. The only downside are the elevators. There is only one, and in the morning, before going to ski, it's almost impossible to hop on. I will come back.
