Rustic charm with quality charm and so cheap. Rooms, totally secure, can be rented individually or the complete home. Most acceptable kitchen and large well dressed dining area Some bedrooms are passing luxurious others less so but very comfortable and clean. Single beds bunk beds and king size double. Perfunctory but usable garden. Property on top of a small hill but well worth the journey especially for the price and almost next door to a burgeoning 4 star restaurant.

Not suitable if you're walking the Via Francigena as it's 1.5km from the town and a steep hill to climb. There are no restaurants or shops nearby just one expensive fine dining restaurant. The shared accommodation has three beds and has a tiny window 30x60cms that cannot open so it's claustrophobic. Breakfast was just packets of toasted biscuits with jam. Tea and coffee you make yourself.
