Hotel Jungfrau

Location was good, other than that the hotel has absolutely NOTHING good. Bed was awfull, room is not clean, shower has NO waterpressure whatsoever and the water was randomly hot and cold, we burnt purselfes multiple times. The radioator in the toilet is on full heat and you can‘t even turn the knob, burnt ourselfes on there aswell because the toilet is so small you touch the wall and the shower as you‘re sitting on the toilet. No soundproofing at all, we could hear everything from other rooms as if they’re right outside the door. Check in at 4 pm as a joke when you hahe to leave the room at 11 am… not even worth one star

We absolutely loved both staying and eating here. Our room was nice and quiet and we were able to open our bathroom window during the night and listen to the waterfall as it faced that direction. The restaurant downstairs was excellent too with a great view down the valley. Perfect Swiss experience!

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location midway from the station and Staubach falls. Check in was seamless and we were able to stow our luggage after check out. The room itself was clean and spacious. It was really quiet at night (the sound of the river was really soothing) and we were able to rest well. Overall it was a pleasant stay, thank you!
