Hotel Princesa Parc 4*

This is a lovely hotel, ideally located 5mins walk from the gondola. It is comfortable, tastefully designed with a great spa and wellness centre. The kids loved the arcade area and we enjoyed the friendly, reasonably priced bar. However, sadly the food let it down and we had some issues with our room. The evening buffet was really disappointing - despite an extensive choice, the quality was not great and it was really overpriced. After visiting it once, we ate out every night. The breakfast wasn’t much better, again lots of choice but most of it not very nice. By contrast though, the Louis XV restaurant was lovely for a treat and we enjoyed a good meal there. Our rooms in Princesa Parc were ok, but tired and in need of some repairs which was a shame. Access is awkward from the main part of the hotel too, with two lifts and a walk-through. It would be worth paying a bit more to stay in the Excellence, as the rooms are much higher quality - especially the top two floors which have been recently renovated and enjoy a balcony/terrace. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind eating out every night, living on croissants for breakfast and having no indoor pool.

Excellent hotel on my first ski trip with kids. The hotel had everything a kid could dream of also the grownups. Nice rooms, food, spa, big lobby aera with a bar, play rooms for kids of all ages. The hotell smelled really good citrus and was verry clean. Verry helpfull, kind and serviceminded staff. It is only a short walk to the gondola and we prebooked skipass we got on our arrival. The rooms were a bit warm during the night but we had the windows open. I would recommend the hotel to all family's but all ages.

We had the most wonderful time, all the staff work so hard and are so friendly. We want specifically point out Ramon and Marcos from the Restaurant who really treated us so so well, the wonderful Birthday cake I had was also so delicious and beautiful, I had a great Birthday. The location is super too and made things easy for us. We where surprised at all the great facilities and how welcoming and family friendly the hotel was. Also additionally it made us so happy how pet friendly it was too including the amazing welcome gift bag full of incredibly useful items for our dog 🐶 The experience from the start with the friendly reception to check out was absolutely perfect from start to finish and hope to come back again soon 🙏🥰 thank you to everyone 🤗
