Brimstone Hotel & Spa

Absolutely exceptional stay! The spa, hotel, and concierge were all outstanding and genuinely faultless. Suzy was the absolute star of the show at Brimstone — her service was incredible and nothing was ever too much trouble. She even brought me beers and cake while I was watching Manchester United! Service like that makes a stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

Enjoyed our stay here soooo much for my mums 60th birthday. Our room was perfection and all the thoughtful extras included with the price were lovely and everything felt like such a treat. Also to add, our host Chris was amazing and nothing was too much to ask. Thank you for an amazing stay, hope one day to return!

Lost its sparkle. Our third time staying but feels like it’s lost its emphasis on making those little details feel extra special to warrant the extremely high price. By and large the staff were friendly enough (although not on the level you’d expect for the price) but unfortunately we had a couple of interactions that really let it down. It’s a shame as this was the hotel we had our mini moon in so we have found memories, but sadly, as described - it’s not what it was and doesn’t justify the price tag. Rooms great, location beautiful. But overall it let us down.
