For 5 stars it is a disaster. Room was outdated specially bathroom. I am adding photos of it. We even found dirty towel under bed from before. When we arrived it took another 2 hours to get room ready and we arrived at 5 pm. Breakfast was abundant. But there is a lady who is going arround asking if you want coffee, eggs, omlet... and it is clearly witten on a pamflet to ask staff. Also she was constantly asking if everything is ok. Just bring me warm coffee and let me enjiy my food!!! Coffee was always cold! On the checkout we had to wait for receptionist to finish private conversation with his collegue who was just leaving. We waited for him to finish and then he asked what we want. As it was not obvious that we want to pay as we arrived with a lift and with all our luggage. Very unproffessional! The pool was cold. Only bright thing is waiter in bar. Young man but very polite and proffessional. This was the only time we had time that we are taken care of and getting good value for our money. We stayed in many hotels in Italy even with 3 stars, but hospitality was always for 10. In this hotel it was not. If you expect 5 star delivery do not go there. Oh, and they are not cheap at all.

stayed at the five-star Greif Hotel & Spa during the Christmas holidays, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably maintained, with a calm and refined atmosphere that felt especially pleasant during the holiday season. The rooms and common areas were elegant, spacious, and very comfortable. The spa was outstanding and added real value to the stayrelaxing, clean, and perfectly managed. The staff were exceptional: professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout. Overall, a true five-star experience and an excellent choice for a holiday stay. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a proper spa experience or a genuine five-star hotel, this isn’t the place. The room we were given was noisy and below the standard you would expect, and the overall service simply didn’t match the hotel’s official rating. I was happy that I booked only three nights because when there is spa involved I like to take my time. The property is clean, breakfast is very good, and the massage was excellent, genuinely above the level of the hotel itself. The stay as a whole doesn’t deliver a true five-star experience, streched four star. Guests who know what five stars should feel like will 100% be disappointed. I hate to leave a bad review but it has to be done, the first hotel review I’ve ever written outside of booking and similar, and I’m sharing it because I feel it might help others who look for the same standards I do.
