Mercure Palanga Vanagupe Resort

Arrived 23.30 told that we will be 3 people, I was told that bad.. there any spare rooms. i told him that we do not need a spare the child will sleep with us in the bed… this reservation is for 2 :D i said like so what.. we have a coupon, if I was ablento make anreservation fo 3 peopl on the 2nd february you can make it for 3 people now. Very very rude person. Than he did not informed us that we will not be able to eat during dinner… On 14 th of Feb we came back to room at 20.00 wanted to order something eas not able.. everyone was keep telling me that i should have bern informed.. but I was not.. Than we waited till 10pm 9.30pm I was able to order finallu bolt. Than we had. No cutlery… than i asked for it and was declined… I had to gondownstairs and make a scene about it how to feed 3 year old in order to ger a spoon for the soup!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicely rnovated rooms, lobby & restaurant area. Free parking for the guests, good location (further from the city centre and 20 min. walk to the beach), nice spa center and, as 5-star hotel, proces are reasonable.

Don’t stay at this hotel even the staff is rude and unhelpful. Wast your money on another hotel then this one. Try to get room service but got the answer they don’t have time and call back when the restaurant is closed instead. Don’t go here
