I don't know how this place is not a 5 star hotel... It is perfect!. Spacious, cosy and crystal clean rooms, tasty breakfast with a rich choice, a WIW tea station, and friendly and knowledgeable ladies at the reception. Alexandra went much more than an extra mile to make our stay as perfect as it was. Thank you so much!

Steps away from the train station with incredible spa and amenities. The breakfast and tea time with desserts daily was a cherry on top. Room service comes from a cute Italian place down the way and is great. Staff was very kind and accommodating!

Excellent location that was close to the train station and convenient to town. The room was nice with a view of the Matterhorn and spacious bathroom. The balcony was nice (even if it was right across from the Gornergrat station). Having a drink at night in the lobby by the fireplace was nice. The afternoon tea was excellent as was the breakfast. My wife thought the spa experience was wonderful.
