B&B Casa Berti

We stayed just one night, a group of six, and were greeted impeccably by the owner, who was very kind and helpful. We had the entire apartment to ourselves, complete with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast. It's just a short walk from Spello's historic center, yet in a quiet residential area where you can park your car on the property. We highly recommend it.

Casa Berti is ideally located for visiting Spello (a two-minute walk from the entrance to the town). It's a clean, functional apartment, equipped with plenty of everyday items (bathroom linens, toiletries, hairdryer, toaster, mini oven, coffee maker, etc.), and equipped with everything you need to prepare savory and sweet breakfasts. But what really sets it apart is the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, Luciano, who goes out of his way to provide helpful information and suggestions to ensure you enjoy your time in Spello. I spent just one night at Casa Berti with my family, and to say I felt at home is an understatement! The setting is perfect for both short and long stays, with a beautiful garden and parking space, and it comfortably accommodates up to seven people (there were five of us). The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, the breakfast is plentiful and rich, the two bathrooms and three bedrooms (not to mention the large living room) are spacious and welcoming. Impeccably clean. And what can I say about Mr. Luciano, the perfect host! A delightful, resourceful man, capable of offering invaluable advice on what to see and where to dine with traditional dishes at affordable prices. In short, Casa Berti is the perfect place for anyone wanting to stay in Spello, even if just for one night!
