Hotel Relax

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Relax Hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, I felt a sense of tranquility and relaxation that truly lived up to the hotel's name. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, ensuring that I could settle into my room quickly. The hotel staff was always available and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the brand-new pool and relax zone. The pool area was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, creating a serene ambiance. Whether I wanted to swim a few laps or simply lounge by the poolside, I found the experience to be incredibly rejuvenating. The relax zone, adjacent to the pool, was a haven of tranquility. With comfortable loungers and soothing music, it provided the perfect environment to unwind and recharge. Speaking of the rooms, mine was nothing short of fantastic. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and meticulously maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. I particularly appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary toiletries and the plush bathrobe. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply take a leisurely stroll, everything was within reach. Additionally, the hotel's serene surroundings and well-manicured gardens added to the overall ambiance, making it an ideal retreat from the bustling city. Lastly, the dining experience at Relax Hotel was exceptional. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes, prepared with great care and attention to flavor. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations. Every meal was a delightful experience, and I looked forward to trying the different culinary delights during my stay. In conclusion, my time at Relax Hotel was truly memorable. From the warm and attentive staff to the luxurious amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. The new pool and relax zone provided the perfect escape, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to unwind and forget about the stresses of everyday life. Big room, great amenities and good-looking, more than enough for a short stay. The food at their restaurant/terrace is AMAZING and has great pricing, too. This is the best I’ve eaten while out. Price, quality and quantity of the food is just amazing. The hotel and terrace staff are always polite and helpful, great customer service - probably the best I’ve seen anywhere, really. Keep doing a great job, we will come back for sure!

Great experience în Sovata. Pro: staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, clean and spacious rooms, tasty breakfast. Bonus: we got access to the spa even in the morning of our departure. Con: Spa is undersized compared to the number of rooms the hotel has. Only 7 sunbeds in the spa area. The 2 jacuzzi can fit 8-10 max persons at once.
