What we love most is the atmosphere this residence offers: you feel right at home! It attracts a relaxed clientele, mostly people who come to Vercelli for work and stay for medium-long periods. However, there are also people who have been residents for many years. It is located right in the historic center of the city, so it is obvious that you cannot reach the gate by car; you must park in the adjacent areas and reach it on foot. It is located a few meters from Piazza Cavour. All the necessary shops are nearby. The prices are in line with those of other facilities of this type in Vercelli. You can see from every detail that the staff who have managed this facility since its inception (30 years!) are committed to maintaining a simple, traditional, clean, and orderly atmosphere for residents... starting with the greenery—rare in the city center—kept by Mrs. Gianna in the courtyards and on the balconies. The cleaning staff is also very courteous and efficient. I would like to emphasize that the cleanliness of the linens and rooms is excellent and meticulous...a fact that has always been appreciated by every guest. The furniture is not modern in style, but neat, linear, and practical. If you're looking for modern, luxurious design, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a homey atmosphere 🏠 when you get home in the evening after work, this is the perfect place!

Excellent service. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices. The only downside is that it's not suitable if you have lively children. I lived there for about 2 years and I can assure you it's a great place.

Dirty, with smelly towels, no appliances, washing machine that can only be used if you have a full load (i.e. never if you are alone), no oven and with a very rude owner.
