This hotel is situated at a convenient location; few steps away from supermarket and few minutes walk from Spoleto city center. The room are specious enough, price is reasonable. However, the service is pretty ordinary I would say. They didn't provide enough toiletries e. g. toothpaste, sandal to wear in room since the floor was cold. I experienced some other little drawbacks which are quite adjustable. However, I am satisfied with it.
