Fantastic Hotel and great service. We spent one night here on Dec 2 2017, while returning from a trip to Asturias, and wanting to spend an evening eating the famous anchovies from Santoña. We chanced upon this hotel, which had an available double room for 45€. The young woman who seemed to be both owner and manager of the hotel received us. The reception is on the ground level within the café/bar that is part of the hotel. She showed us to our room, which was very comfortable, with modern bathroom and all the amenities one could care for. Later, having a glass of wine at the very lively bar downstairs, she presented us to her husband, in a very personal and friendly way. Breakfast, which is included the following morning was in the same café, with apparently no limit. In her words "Please order anything you like" We had orange juice, lots of coffee, a French Omelette each, and toast. Certainly a highly recommended, comfortable, friendly and very reasonably priced hotel.

Outstanding experience as a guest of Peter and Marie ….we were made fabulously welcome after a tough day on the Camino…..hope to get back some day…even if for a few jars in their pub…..Highly Recommended
