Hotel Horal

Hotel Horal pleasantly surprised us. Firstly, the service here is at an amazing level. I don't know what they've done here, but the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and will spend an extra minute or two of their time explaining everything to you and answering your questions, even engaging in a brief conversation with you. This applies to everyone across the hotel (reception, wellness, restaurant). It's a pity that this isn't the standard across the whole Czech Republic, at least in 4-star hotels. Furthermore, the food here is great; we had burgers, both fish dishes, soup, and everything was excellent. The rooms are not completely modern, but nicely clean and well-maintained, plus spacious, which I really appreciate! The same goes for the bathroom. Finally, the wellness facilities are unbelievable; everyone will find something for themselves. Truly top-notch facilities, everything well thought out. Simply put, complete satisfaction. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

All about this hotel was great, great service, extremely clean, very tasty food. 2 things i’d like to mention: - great sauna world was extra charged which did not feel right considering the daily rates - we accidentally opened couch in the living room when looking for lost phone and found traces there after previous guests which was not spotted and cleaned:) But overall great. Thank you

Stay for 3 nights/4 persons: - Perfectly located close to Pivni lazne, Rozhledna, park and hiking. - Apartment for 4 persons very pleasant and rooms quite a big, only 1 wardrobe for clothes of 4 persons - not enough. - buffet for dinner and breakfast - sufficient choice, very tasty. - pool, old spa still very nice, perfect salt, hay and steam saunas, jacuzzi, pool very nice with strong jets and thrusters, new part of sauna - excellent finish for ceremonials, steam sauna all the time without steam, smell bad. Cooling pond awesome, jacuzzi not bubbles a lot. Nice pleasant rest room, little bit colder but blankets available. Ceremonials itself - each sauna master very well prepared, communicative, nothing bad to share. Excellent experience. - free parking
