EULIUM - Retreat Chalet

Canceled me and my husband's airbnb booking via a message less than 24 hours before our stay, refused to cancel via airbnb or respond to our messges asking them to formally cancel the stay via airbnb, and when we tried calling the listed number was disconnected. We could see they had read our messages but did not respond or cancel the booking on their end. We had to spend hours on the phone with airbnb support for them to force the refund. Absolutely unacceptable communication from them when all they needed to do was click a button to cancel the reservation as they were unable to fulfill our stay. Seems like they wont be accepting new reservations for some time while they repair the chalet, however, if this is their usual method of communicating, I'm not sure you would want to anyway.

We absolutely loved our stay at this chalet! It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The location was ideal for hiking and skiing. Chalet itself was spotless and cozy,thoughtfully designed,with two fireplaces,spa area with the sauna and essential oils was the cherry on top. We felt completely at home here would definitely love to return!

I rented this chalet as a surprise for my husband and kids to celebrate our anniversary. The chalet itself was beautifully renovated, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook delicious meals for the family. It was perfectly clean, and the underfloor heating was a real plus.Chalet was filled with thoughtful touches, including a selection of books and games, and even some lovely candles to create a romantic ambiance. We truly appreciated these extra details. Our host, Emily, was incredibly welcoming.Location is great with easy access to hiking trails and skiing slopes. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable Alpine adventure.
