Lovely house to stay at. Plenty of space, rooms were a great size with storage and wardrobes in both rooms. 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one on the ground floor. Downstairs stays at a lovely cool temperature in the hot weather. Great facilities in the house, tv downstairs and in one bedroom upstairs. Would happily stay again and recommend. Most things within a few minuets walk from the house, supermarket and lidl about a 10-15 min walk.

Ottima posizione Pessima organizzazione, Wi-Fi non funzionante, telecomando della televisione non funzionante, colazione al bar impossibile da farsi il secondo giorno poiché chiuso. Non si lavora in questo modo, i servizi si pagano e devono esserci!!! Il proprietario totalmente indipendente alle lamentele. A mai più

Charming apartment in a very central location, comfortable, renovated, and spotlessly clean. The bathrooms are very nice and functional, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the owner is helpful and very kind. Breakfast is available at the bar on Corso Mazzini, just steps away. A truly pleasant experience, and Spoleto is always a gem.
