Guesthouse Relax

A very kind hostess and delicious food. The rooms are clean and tidy. Hot water in the shower. The beautiful, well-kept garden makes the place even more charming. In September 2025 I paid 35 euros for accommodation with lunch and dinner, and beer and coffee were 2.5 euros each. Highly recommended along the POB trekking route.

Guesthouse Relax/Guesthouse Niko in Cerem was the perfect introduction into life in Albania with very comfortable accommodations, a truly lovely host family, and stunning views. I arrived late after a long hike and was immediately welcomed and shown to my room which had very comfortable beds. The family cooked a wonderful dinner and sat with me the whole time, asking questions about life in America. I was given beer and I talked with the family for many hours, feeling so welcomed and cared for the whole evening. In the morning, I was served a delicious breakfast and was directed to the road to continue my hiking. The kindness and hospitality of the hosts was truly remarkable and the stay was so comfortable and relaxing. 10/10, I could not recommend this choice enough.

Wandered into Cerem and was led here. Hot showers, beers, good food, good coffee - nearly the end of the season so a fire to stay warm next to was amazing. Plus a very friendly cat who insisted on coming into my tent. Would recommend!
