Turistična kmetija Kranjc

Nestled in the Julian Alps, tourist farm Kranjc is an amazing place to base your Soca valley stay. Ursca and Irene are incredibly warm and accommodating hosts - they upgraded our room free of charge when circumstances prevented them from being able to offer dinner. The breakfast is delicious, and many, if not most, dishes are made from products from their own farm. We will absolutely stay there again if we re ever in that part of the world again.

Irena and Urška are amazing hosts. They made and fed us delicious breakfast complete with freshly cut meat, fruit, vegetables, local cheeses, fresh juices, etc. and for dinner they served us an incredibly tasty and satisfying 3 courses every day for 25€ per person. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful vases with cut flowers in them. We stayed here for 10 days and they helped us in planning our day to day activities around the area. We were surrounded by mountains and the beautiful Soča river, unforgettable holiday memories were made. Kranjc also has their in house sauna and hot tub which is perfect for people like us who wanted a place to decompress. We feel truly taken care of and are leaving with full hearts, and of course, with homemade syrups, pesto and pots of honey from Kranjc! 🥰 thank you so much, we cannot recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay here in June. The room was clean and quiet and the location is spectacular. The food was delicious and the dinner menu changed every day - we purchased dinner on both nights (3 course dinner EUR25 per person). The breakfast was also made of local meats cheeses and homemade jams and we also chose the option of a packed lunch for 2 days to take with us hiking. The hospitality was wonderful annd the family could not have been more kind and helpful. There are amazing hikes straight from the door. 100% recommend and we hope to be back!
