ROYAL LUCHON

We had a wonderful short stay here . Hotel is well located , easy to get around , a lady that welcome us is really kind and helpful. Room was clean . Breakfast was very good. We will definitely be back here again with no doubt .

Well renovated but , surprisingly, the windows were left in their very old original state. In the apartment on the street side, the glasses were maybe 1 millimeter thick and 2 with cracks. So not efficient for isolation and noise cancellation. Every day I was waken up at 6am by the garbage truck!. To know that in these old constructions, the neighbors noise is super resonating . Generally not an issue when they are people coming for the health cure, but a nightmare if children jumping and running. In short, location is good, renovation and equipment provided are good, but avoid school vacation and try to be lucky in not getting the rooms with street view/

Staff were very, very accommodating and helpful. Wifi for my work and Zoom call worked great! Great location. Nice charm. Walking distance to a great cafe and boutique grocery we got to know well
